Abstract

Learning with the Student Facilitator And Explaining Method influences the learning achievement of students. The study in this paper is 1) The strategy of implementing the Student Facilitator and Explaining method, 2) How are the indicators of student achievement in the PAI Subject before and after the Student Facilitator and Explaining method implemented in student achievement. Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that Student Facilitator And Explaining learning is a series of learning activities initiated by the teacher delivering the subject matter by demonstrating, then students are given the opportunity to explain back to other students by using other forms such as charts or concept maps. The implementation of learning using the Student Facilitator And Explaining technique invites students to actively participate in participating in learning. Students observe subject matter through demonstrations. Students record important things that are demonstrated by the teacher, make summaries and conclusions. Furthermore, students also make a chart or outlines of the teacher's explanation as material to explain back to other students. The learning process with this Student Facilitator And Explaining technique students can increase activity, motivation, and creative thinking that makes learning more interesting and enjoyable. Students are not only as learning objects, but also as subjects who understand the concepts through observation, discovering, and constructing the concepts owned by students with newly acquired concepts so that their learning achievement increases. Learning achievement achieved by someone is the result of the interaction of various factors that influence both internal and environmental factors.
