Bahtsul Masail sebagai Problem Solving Method dalam Pembelajaran Fikih Kontekstual

Abstract

This article intends to portray the implementation of Bahtsul Masail LBM HM Al-Mahrusiyah putra and relate it to problem solving methods. The forum held by LBM HM Al-Mahrusiah putra is an effort so that the students can contextualize the understanding they get from the yellow book into actual problems and try to describe and trace the basic arguments that have been used by past scholars in formulating a law. The focus of this study are: first, how the practice of bahtsul masail as a problem solving method in the contextual learning of LBM HM Al-Mahrusiah putra, second, how the students' responses to the practice of bahtsul masail as a problemolving method in contextual learning in LBM HM Al-Mahrusiah putra The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Collecting data in this study using interview techniques, observation, documentation and questionnaires. The results of the research we obtained are; first, bahtsul masail at LBM HM Al-Mahrusiah putra was good enough. The method used in the forum is broadly the same as the problem solving method. Second, the students who actively participated in the bahtsul masail by LBM HM Al-Mahrusiah putra, most of the sons showed a positive response to the implementation of the forum. Whereas students who are less active show passive responses and their interest tends to diminish.
